Who We Are

TFB Stump Grinding is a real estate company focused exclusively on vacant land. We work with landowners who no longer want to hold onto their property and are looking for a simpler alternative to going the traditional agent route.

Our goal is to make the land-selling process feel more approachable and less complicated. Vacant land can be confusing and easy to put off, and we believe owners deserve a clear, straightforward option when they’re ready to move on.

We also believe vacant land plays a role in the broader housing shortage. By helping unused lots change hands and get back into circulation, we aim to support responsible development and the creation of new housing where it’s needed.

As a company, we value honest conversations, clear expectations, and doing what we say we’ll do. We don’t believe in pressure or shortcuts — just treating people fairly and doing business the right way.
